The Amos B. Coe House and adjoining Carriage Barn are both excellent examples of the Queen Anne architectural style designed for the upper-middle classAlthough many homes of this type were built in the late nineteenth century, few have survived and of those most have suffered major alterations. In 2016, this well-preserved property and adjoining carriage house were repurposed as nine apartments. The interior design maintains the integrity of the original foyer and grand stairway.
