December 11th, 2009: Award
Retired Miller Hanson president, Wilt Berger, was honored with an AIA Presidential Citation for his many years of volunteering with the Governor's Council on Fire Protection and Control. More...

October 20th, 2009: Project
The Montgomery, MN Housing and Redevelopment Authority selected Miller Hanson Partners as architects to design the new Park Manor Apartments building. The 41-unit affordable housing community was destroyed by fire in February 2009 and design for its replacement will begin immediately.

October 22nd, 2009: Project
St. Paul Public Schools awarded Miller Hanson Partners contracts for renovation work at more than 10 district schools.

September 30th, 2009: Grant
The Minneapolis Public Housing Authority was awarded $31.8 Million in U.S. Recovery Act Funds. Miller Hanson Partners, teamed with developer McCormack Baron Salazar, assisted MPHA in the original grant proposal which provides for the construction of a state of the art Senior Center and a 48-unit Memory Care facility. Both projects are to be built in the Heritage Park neighborhood, adjacent to Miller Hanson's award-winning senior living building Heritage Commmons. More...

The Minnesota Council for Affordable Rural Housing (MNCARH) has published Miller Hanson's guide to capital needs assessments. Listed as a CNA provider for USDA Rural Development and the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA), Miller Hanson Partners has performed more than 20 assessments in 2009 alone. December 29th, 2008: Award
The Metropolitan Consortium of Community Developers and the Twin Cities chapter of LISC recoginized East Village and Kingsley Commons as the inaugural inductees into the Community Development Hall of Fame. An award ceremony was held during the 2020 Community Development Expo.
